For more than twenty years, Uy Creative has been helping businesses and organizations change and grow to meet the ongoing demands of their customers while battling uncontrollable market conditions.
As a small company ourselves, we keenly understand the challenges that often face owners as they try to compete in an ever-changing landscape of who can do it faster and for less. While those constraints can’t be ignored, our humble opinion is that to really be successful and profitable, you must be savvy, quality minded, and focused with long-term vision.
It is for this reason we begin every engagement with having a clear understanding as to your Vision, goals and objectives. So when we infuse our team’s creative Ideas into the process, we can ensure the right Results are realized.

Maureen Uy
Managing Partner
Her savvy, keen insights have produced profitable, award winning strategies and happy customers for more than two decades. She is a second-generation marketing strategist and likes nothing more than putting order to chaos. When she’s not meeting with clients and revving up her team, she’s cheering at football games and swim meets for her four boys.
Mark Uy
Creative Director
Award winning print and multimedia designer is only the beginning with Mark. His tenacity and attention to detail ensures that every design, every communication tool serves both customer and client. Mark also shares his knowledge with students from Marquette University, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and Concondia University.
Debra Olszewski

Understanding client goals with customer needs is just one of Debra’s core strengths. For nearly two decades, she has translated and aligned client and customer to produce long term relationships and profits for product and service oriented organizations. When not chasing down vendors and media, she can be seen touring town and country with her beloved dog, Caesar.
